By accessing or using Walkthrough Studio ("the Service"), operated by Paper Street Limited LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Walkthrough Studio is a web-based authoring tool that allows users to create interactive screenshot walkthroughs. The Service enables users to upload screenshots, place interactive hotspots, configure tooltip content, and export self-contained HTML files for embedding in learning management systems, websites, or other web contexts.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, name, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including screenshots, text, and project configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
You agree not to use the Service to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law; or resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Paper Street Limited LLC. The HTML files exported by the Service are yours to use, distribute, and embed without restriction. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service itself.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We may delete your stored data after a reasonable period following account closure.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
