Walkthrough Studio ("the Service") is operated by Paper Street Limited LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash). This information is necessary to provide you with access to the Service.
Project Content: When you use the Service, we store the screenshots you upload, hotspot configurations, and project settings. This content is stored in our database and file storage to enable you to save, load, and export your projects.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank details. We receive a Stripe customer ID to associate your payment status with your account.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage data such as login timestamps and feature usage to improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process your subscription and payments; send you important account notifications (such as email confirmations and password resets); respond to your support requests and contact form submissions; and improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting). Screenshots are stored in a private storage bucket with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own files. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with: Stripe, for payment processing; Supabase and Vercel, as infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service; and law enforcement, if required by valid legal process.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information in your account; export your projects and data at any time using the built-in export feature; delete your account and associated data by contacting us; and opt out of non-essential communications.
The Service uses essential cookies only: an authentication session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
